Hey lovelies !

Well my scale finally moved again this morning .  I began this process at 320 lbs on the first morning of Optifast . That was November 25th 2014. This last week I was hovering between 221 and 220 , but this moring I had a look and I'm now 219  I am now 100 lbs down and couldn't be happier with my choice to do this . 100 lbs is a great milestone to pass but in my head , my first big goal has always been to get under the 200 mark . I don't remember being aware of being under 200 lbs . I know I was at one point obviously , in my late teens early 20's but at that time I just wasnt focused on my weight as it wasn't really an issue . So yeah , when I see that 199 I'm gonna be so ridiculously happy !!

I've had a great journey so far . Hardly any issues , the odd constipation problem here and there , but that's to be expected I think . And a couple weeks ago I was suffering from cramp like pains in my abdomen and not due my period or anything . Apparently , I was supposed to have a 6 month prescription for Prevacaid,  but was only given 3 months which I had just stopped a couple weeks before the cramps started . My doctor gave me another 3 months with 3 refills ?? .....and pretty much since then , the cramps have never returned so I'm hoping that's all it was .

I had my 3 month follow up last Monday (13th ) but have heard nothing yet about my blood work . I'm hoping that means all is well , or maybe they just take a while to get back to us ?

Regardless  , I feel great and I'm charging ahead to get under that 200 !!

Hope everyone is well ....Happy Friday people !

Thanks Annette , I'll wait until next week then call if I've not heard anything . I'm quite anxious about it if I'm honest  , it feels like things are going so well and I just want to know how things are gping on the inside ? If that makes sense !

Thanks again doll xx
