4 yr follow up complete
Well I didn't get escorted out of TWH after my 4 year follow up - came out with a few new ideas - and thoughts - but overall - a very long day and drive for me for really minimal support .
Since i was never contacted before hand nor had any requisitions - we had to do bloodworm after the fact so I'm guessing I will be hearing from the Nurse Prac in about a month of so . She was - well to be polite - pretty kinda snooty too me - telling me its time to get back on the wagon - to buy into the program etc - which considering my cir****tances currently seems a little offensive to me .
Best line I heard though as I walked by the nutrition class was - "80 percent of Weight Loss Starts in the Kitchen - the other 20 percent happens elsewhere" which is so very very true .
Well thats my update - they readily informed me multiple times that next year is my final year of follow up for after 5 yrs they do not track anymore - oh well - not like they have been tracking much anyway

I'm not very familiar with your background or anything. My questions are...why bash them? Why didn't you followup? Maybe I missed something. Just wondering why you didn't contact them over the last 4 years?
