Good morning and happy Friday to everyone. For this who eat them a 16 pack laughing cow is on for 4.97 at Walmart this week, really good price.  Feeling awful but going to chug through work anyways, I have a long weekend to recover after today.  Not the best eating day yesterday, had a donut, banana bread sluce, and fresh fruit instead of my planned snacks, and tons of decaf coffee.  It was all bought as I did not pack anything, I justified it by telling myself my body needs it because I am sick, but that is just baloney, I used food to self-medicate.  The fruit actually seemed to help with my energy but the baked goods just made me feel way worse.  Today is another day and this time I packed healthy yummy stuff.

1 year post op

b - chocolate gnc protein shake, decaf coffee x 3 throughout day

s - slice p28 bread with a tbsp whipped pb and tsp nsa jam

l - homemade greek salad

s - same as morning snack

d - sf blackberry lemonbabe, later...more greek salad or a eggwhite wrap with filling of some kind

s - bag quest protein chips if hungry, if not then just sf fruit punch koolaid

all water and vits, have a good one!

Good for you for being accountable and thinking about why that happened yesterday with your food choices .  I really admire that.

Oh no, I hope the mighty cold virus hasn't claimed another one of us. Feel better Tanya.

I still haven't decided about going to the Exhibition this weekend, I know going with my family will involve a lot of time in the food building and eating junk on the midway. That might not be the best for me right now. It's a bad pattern that I am trying to break.

But.... yay Friday! Looking forward to the long weekend.

If you do go Mr Greek has a booth in the food building. You can get a salad and a stick of chicken. That is what I had last time. Some of the junk is just so over priced I refused to buy it. A small soft ice cream cone was over $4.00.
