WHAT A DIFFERENCE A YEAR MAKE'S.
I'm coming up on my one year. Oct 10th is the big day.I'm down 110 pounds and at my goal. One of my goal's when I started was to walk the CN Tower step's when I hit the year. Can't believe the time went so fast. The climb is Nov 8th for the corporate challenge. This has been The best year of my life. I'm getting healthy I'm running lifting weight's etc. Who would have thought this possible. The climb is for the United Way and for me it's a woot woot girl you can do this.
