hello everyone. Just a question. Tomorrow I am 3 months post op and down 59lbs. Is this where I should be? About 20 month in lose? Or am I slower then normal? TIA

It's a journey - not a race! That said, I think you're doing fantastic. When was the last time you lost 5lbs a week consistently. :)

I think you are doing FANTASTIC

You really can't compare yourself to anyone else. We all start at different weights and ages and levels of mobility...., but we are all heading for the same finish line.

I'm 3months and a week post op....down 67lbs. (including my 1wk opti) I eat super clean, never cheat, and exercise min. 1hr a day. I'm not going to lie, my numbers are very important to me. But the way I feel and look and the multitude of NSV'S I've had already are WAY more thrilling than anything my scale has to say!!!!

Keep up the great job!!! It's an awesome journey!!!
