York Region/GTA Support Group Cooking Demo 11/22 @ 2:30

Hello everyone,

The next York Region/GTA meeting is scheduled for Sunday, November 22 at 2:30. The meeting will be held in the Craft Room of the Langstaff Community Centre at 155 Red Maple Road, Richmond Hill, L4B 4P9.

This month's meeting will be our winter/holiday Cooking Demo with Lynn & Kat! This is an annual event & is always popular, so please let us know if you're planning on coming so we know how much food to prepare for sampling. As always, we will have lots of ideas to help you through the hibernation months with some great tricks up your sleeves should those food demons come calling.

The fee for this meeting will be $10 to cover the room rental cost. Don't forget the importance of support to your successful weight loss plan. Please make the effort to come out. You'll meet great people & get your questions answered at the same time.
