Hi everyone. Happy weekend.

I had my surgical consult with Dr. Aart today (Toronto East General) and my gastric bypass booked for January 19. I am very excited and can't believe how quickly this process has gone.

Dr. Aart seem lovely and very caring.

I bought my Optifast so I guess the countdown is on to January 19.

Can't wait to join the losers on the bench.
