This stall is playing games with my mind!

I have had a stall for the past 3 weeks. I had my surgery in April 2015 and only had 1 other stall at week 3 post-op that didn't last long at all.

I'm completely happy with my progress this far as I'm currently at 210lbs (HW 345), but there's something about getting to 199 that I'm antsy about. I've never been # obsessed but this is just.....a bit too much at the moment for me and I'm not coping well.

I'm wondering if I'm unconsciously sabotaging myself. Am I crazy?  I did increase my carbs at the beginning of December but have recently gone back to keeping carbs at about 50g/day.  I got the "brain fog" when I was at 20-30g/day. I will admit that I wasn't always getting enough protein in daily so I've made my weekday breakfasts a GNC shake to give myself that 30g boost.

I also only started exercising (other than walking) 2 months ago.

Any other folks had this at month # 10?

Thanks for listening :)

Stalls are normal. If however it continues I would suggest using a program to track your food. This will tell you how many calories you are consuming
