Aww thankyou- I'm not from Ottawa but I'm kind of close, my small town doesn't have groups so I was looking for one where people have had surgery to get some tips etc. Thursday I'll be a month out and just looking to connect

On Monday evenings, the Ottawa Weight Management Clinic has an open support group meeting with changing topics as the theme. On Tuesday evenings they have an open Walking Group. Both are well suited for post bariatric alumni who could use a bit of support from others who have shared the same journey. There is a calendar maintained on their website with a listing of events and topics.
