Hi everyone! 

Didn't want to get up this morning.    Going to be a quiet day at work today, I'm the only one on "my side of the hall" (there is three offices in what I like to call Treasury West).

Not really sure what I'm doing with the menu these days, thinking I'm just getting a little bored of the planning again....good, bad or ugly, here it is....

B - leftover shepperds pie

S - deli turkey, cherries

L - chili

S - devilled eggs

D - meatloaf

S - Premier Protein RTD

Baseball tonight, this used to be something to look forward to, but this year we are struggling so bad with so many new players and you never know who is going to show up at the game.....le sigh!

Totals - Calories 890, carbs 63 (WTH), protein 98

Lets get through today, weekend is right around the corner!!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning everyone.  Ginny throw a little hot sauce on everything to spice up your menu.  Yesterday I was so bored with cottage cheese I put some Frank's Red hot sauce on it, lol.

Today there won't be any exercise for me, grrrr.  I have a doctor's appointment this morning going with a friend to her appointments later.  It will be a busy day for both of us, but hopefully a good day.

Try to resist the temptation to not make a list. It is a great way to focus. I may not always stick 100% to it but at least I have a plan.

Work today. Everyone going out to lunch but I think I will stay back. DH making dinner tonight. Probably out to the Jazz festival tonight. Thursday is usually not too crazy. By tomorrow there will be just too many people. I am really not a crowd person.

Went for my 6 mth blood work a month late. Kept putting it off. Lab now has an on-line site to view your labs. I like this idea.

So I'm having a bad day already! From the moment I got here.  The local mail company took a Purolator package from our mail room (original contract documents) and has misplaced it.  Says they delivered it to our mail processor who says they refused to take it because it was for Purolator.  Now nobody wants to take responsibility.....I just want my contracts back!  GRRR.  The worst part is the kid that is filling in for the normal person has been lying through his teeth, first saying he didn't take it and then saying he left it with the mail processor. 

So now I'm angry, someone brought muffins in and I just want to eat one! I really don't want it but ya know, I'm angry!! LOL

Sitting here eating my turkey....Good girl.

Morning all. I see your morning started well and took 360 Ginny. Well i guess your day won't be as boring then, lol and good call on the turkey instead of muffin. Happy appointments CC and friends, hope your day goes well Pat.

I on the other hand had a terrible day yesterday. I had the worst headache i've had in a long while. Went out for retail therapy thinking the fresh air would do me good, nope no luck. So i came back home to relax. I took some tylenol 3 for just these headaches and OMG, i thought i was going to die. I got really dizzy and very nauseous and try as i might, i couldn't keep my dinner in and back out it came. Well, the nausea was gone, but i still felt foggy. Went to bed early and this morning i feel quite better. Not a 100% but much better than yesterday.

Obviously, the plan to increase food yesterday didn't work out, lol and i'm sure not going to try today, so this is what i will try today:

2 1/2 yrs post op

  • coffee 5%
  • 2 protein shakes through out the day
  • 1/2 chicken thigh
  • shrimp
  • 1/3 protein bar, maybe some 100 cal popcorn
