Half day at work today because the service man is coming to hopefully fix our microwave. It got fried last Friday in the storm. So a nice afternoon on the deck for me, YAY! Then baseball tonight.

S - deli turkey, cheese string
L - tuna
S - HB egg, babybel
D - taco salad

Try to stay cool playing baseball. Still too hot for me to be that energetic. Work today then home. Probably play scrabble tonight. Maybe a long walk with the dog if not too hot. Our dog has so much fur that he starts panting after a block of walking.

Good morning :)
Not much planned for today. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I can't wait for school to start in the fall. I feel like I have been sitting around too much and I'm getting bored. Boredom for me leads to grazing unfortunately.
Breakfast - oatmeal, peameal bacon
Snack - protein pop
Lunch - chicken sausage
Snack - leftover burger
Dinner - chicken and veg
Snack - pepperette
All water and vits.
I know what you mean about the Boredom leading to eating....unfortunately that's my 7 hour work day....yesterday I just wanted candy....didn't have it but dang it I wanted it, because I am bored. A slice of turkey just doesn't cut it sometimes!

Morning all. Had a good sleep had to force myself up. Nothing planned for today, will go for a walk and then Zumba tonight. I haven't been out yet and it doesn't feel as hot as yesterday either.
