Guelph says to take a maternity multivitamin daily, plus the other ones that Leslie listed. Some grocery stores have a clearance rack and you can sometimes see vitamins and supplements on sale for 50% off. That might help with the financial part. Better to take vitamins that are near their expiry date than no vitamins a all.
