Hey everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I am thankful for the RNY that I had. It has changed my life for the better. I am thankful for all my family and friends that have supported my through this new life that I have.

Being able to get out on a bike is something that I never thought I would do again. Going for a 12.8 km bike ride this morning down by beautiful Lake Ontario.....priceless!

I'm thankful that my surgery is now done and that I am recovering so well. Yesterday I was 5 days post-op and went apple picking with my family.
