So I had my pre op appointment yesterday with Dr. Sullivan at St.Joe's in Toronto. All went well and everyone in the medical team was fantastic, and all said I was good to go, YAY! I started my opti-fast today for 3 weeks and I'm so excited. So my HW was 288.8 I have lost 10.8 lbs and 10 inches since my OTN with the doc on September 22. I am very happy and excited. I excited to see how much more I will lose for the 3 weeks on OPti. I got this!

So glad all went well, and you're well on your way! Congrats on the 10.8 Ib loss, and 10 inches to boot; that's awesome!
