TWH no longer sending to Guelph

Just got off the phone with TWH.. and they aren't sending any more files to guelph... but did find out that they are almost up to the files that went to rounds on Jan 5th...so should be getting a call soon.

Only problem is.. TWH is currently booking surgeon appts for march/april... :(  so guess will still be a wait for me... but hope to hear soon from them

This is not what I wanted to hear. 

I am having a revision and so far I am not sure (other than Toronto) who will do that in ONE surgery. I am so close, but so far :(

That isn't the news I was hoping to hear from you.   After you meet the surgeon make sure you ask to be put on the cancellation list...if that would work for you that is.

Yes.. it wasn't the news I wanted to hear either...lol.. but hopefully can get a surgeon appt in march or early april...and then yes... of course will get on that cancellation list..and hope for the best.. :)

Just to give you some feedback, my file went to rounds Dec 4th.  I got a call 3rd week in Jan for a Mar 3 meet the surgeon date.  They said that my surgery will be scheduled a max of 3 months from meet the surgeon appt.  So I am looking at a max of 4 more month of wait!  I will be 15 months from referral and just under 1 year from orientation. 

I hope you get the call soon!

Yes.. i'm hoping they will still have some march appt dates left when they get to me... but thinking it's probably going to be april before I get the surgeon appt.  Then hopefully it will be something the same as what you are having... That would put me just over a year from orientation if that is the case...

Hopefully sooner...but just have to play the waiting game...lol
