Please do your own research before committing to using the vitamin patches as your source for vitamins. I am not a nurse or doctor.

I have been using the patches for a few months. I won't get my blood work done until end of April, so I don't have anything to verify the effectiveness just yet. I can say I love the ease of them! I am really hoping to see good results.

These come from the US, so the coupon really helps toward the shipping and exchange costs.

There are currently 2 coupons codes at patchmd.com. They expire on April 30th.

For 30% off any order use code SPRING30

For 40% off any recurring order use code SPRING40

Just to add to this, if you go to the RNY forum and search for patches, you will see many positive testimonials backed by lab results.

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.

77 lbs lost and counting!

Losing the regain! I got this!

And just to add to this, there are some unfavorable results too.

It takes awhile for some vitamin deficiencies to appear.

The patches are very convenient. I am using them myself and will report lab results next month from 12 months of usage.

my point is, do your own research. They don't work for everyone.

I am waiting for your results as both of ours are due around the same time. I am really curious about how the iron patch works on your levels. I am getting so fed up having to find new sources of oral ones and getting worse instead of better. I will gladly order these if your results are good as I know you have had to play with iron for awhile. I am done month 1 with my new iron and should be doing my annuals in another 2 to 3 weeks so will have almost 2 months of them in me.

Sorry to disappoint but I don't use the iron patches. Might be worth try Tracey.

Oh **** I thought you were using them for all supplements. I will wait and see what this new iron does to me and then decide. I checked out the iron in patches and have no idea what that type of iron is so will do more research before ever ordering them if these new ones don't work.

Makes sense. I use the multi and calcium with D. Will let you know.

I do use the iron. I get tested in a few weeks so I'll let you know how mine turns out.

THanks, I'm hoping they'll work just fine for you. I'd like to try them too; my chewable iron is disgusting and makes me ill.

I take the multivitamin patch, but at my 1 month post op appointment the nurse told me Sudbury doesn't approve of them because there's not enough research, so I started a chewable and now do one of each.

The only vitamins that don't bother me, that I actually like, are my chewable Vitamin D and my calcium chew. They're both chocolate, and the calcium chew tastes like a tootsie roll, lol.

I use the multi and iron patch. I also use the calcium and d patch. I also do flintstones and I use the celebrate chewable calcium chews. I love those! They taste like starbursts...
