Post-op Day 2

Still in the hospital, hoping for discharge today. Still unable to tolerate full fluids - so my night nurse let me know I may not go home until I tolerate that.

still sucking ice chips every 15 minutes, walking the halls and pacing in the room - no gas yet.

will keep sipping and walking and hoping for a toot soon!

Awww, it sounds frustrating. Not how you expected this to go. No doubt you'll be tolerating fluids and tooting more than you'd like in no time. Like your gas... this phase of recovery too shall pass. Stay strong.
