Good morning all. Bad night sleep. It is going to be a long day and night. We leave tonight at 9pm and arrive in Zurich at 9am. So this is my last post for awhile.

I only know what my breakfast and lunch will be. I have backed nuts and granola bars for back-up. For the next three weeks I will try to eat as best as possible but we will be relying on restaurants and delis.

b greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

l salad with left over chicken

Talk to you all soon

Have a good trip Pat!!! Enjoy yourself, you deserve it!!!

today I am working in the office until 3:30 and then overtime from home this evening and some time this weekend.

I've decided I like my slimtime with coffee in the morning and then with pumpkin pie spice at lunch 1 and 2...and then either sugar free Irish cream or tiramisu syrup for supper....it works for me so hopefully I can sustain this for the next 2.5 weeks.

My office is attached to one of our stores, so yesterday I went into the store for some bread for my sister and sugar free gum for myself...by the time I made it back to the lunch room I was exhausted...and I woke up exhausted today....is this going to be my reality for the next little while?

Yes, unfortunately it will be. I felt low energy until I started solids again. start your vitamins if you aren't on them yet. I does help a little bit.

Post Op RNY 16+ mos

Good morning Gang! Been to the gym and just getting to work. I don't know if I mentioned yesterday but the new workout we tried on Wednesday was BRUTAL. In all it was 10 mins but OMG we could barely finish and since today is the second day since doing it my legs are killing me!! Oh well gives us something to strive for.

Confession: Yesterday I ate a boston crème donut, and about a 1/3 of an apple fritter What the hell! The scale "rewarded" me with a .3 loss, but I know like my work out, in a couple of days it will say hey remember the donuts you ate?? Well here they are! Oh well, that was yesterday.

Goal for today is to stay on track with no extras....I got this.

B - premier protein

S - 1 HB egg, 1 Pep N' Cheddie

L - cobb salad, lettuce, chicken, bacon, cheese, 1 egg, ranch dressing (all weighed and measured)

S - 4 slices deli turkey, 1 slice light marble cheese

D - 4 oz grilled chicken with 1 tbsp. gravy

Total Cal 1034, Protein 116, Carbs 23

Have a great day.

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Boston Cream is my favorite and believe it or not it is the lowest calorie donut on their menu and actually has 5 grams of protein LOL. I don't know what possessed me to rip off that piece of apple fritter though!! Clearly I'm not a dumper!

I did forgo my planned morning and afternoon snack to counter the calories.....

Have an amazing time Pat! Your exercise will compensate for some over indulgence! Enjoy.
