Surgery!
Had my surgery yesterday. Hard to believe it is all over.
Things went super smooth, i was supposed to arrive at 11 and go in at 2 but they brought me into the OR at 12 which was great. I was in my room by 5pm and was up pacing the halls by 9. I walked every few hours through out the night and drank about 2 litres of water last night. So they discharged me early this morning. I'm home now on only a small amount of pain meds and feeling really good. Thanks for all the support and guidance from everyone on here.
Orientation: May 5. Consult with Dr: May 27. Dietician: June 2, 16, July 7. Physical: June 23. Meet with trainer: July 7. Sleep test: July 7. Nutrition class: July 26. Referral to surgeon: Sept 14. Meet the surgeon: Oct 3. Optifast: Oct 3 Surgery date: Oct 20 2017
