It's not really an NSV but I find I just love getting/giving hugs these days.

As a former 404 pounder, I just love Love LOVE feeling arms around me now.

It's been too long eh?

So HUGS FOR EVERYBODY!!!

No updates otherwise other than weight is kind of levelled off again..but I'm down another Pant size (Size 48, pushing into a 44 now). I was a 67" waist when I started this journey.

ps, My Coffee Buddies in Ottawa will get the real thing when we meet again. :-)

I gave a friend a hug the other day and she loved it. I gave my Neighbor a hug yesterday and she started crying.. wasnt expecring that but it sure felt good. My wife, Daughter, Mother and close friends all comment on being able to get thier arms around me now after so many years of maybe thier finger tips touching if even that.

Definitely an NSV Wayne. I've been a hugger all my life, but when I do so now, I often get comments that I feel so different now. My husband half-jokes that my bones now hurt him. My son is a hugger too and he gave me a big hug last weekend when we were raking and started crying. I asked him what was wrong and he said he was just so proud of me. He's 21, 6 ft. and about 280 - the size of a football player. He's just a big teddy bear and his reaction, although typical of his kindness, was such a surprise to me. We are all surrounded by love and support and it's a good reminder that we are ultimately doing this for ourselves, but also for those who would like to keep us around for just a bit longer.

A big hug for you Wayne. Keep posting and sharing - I like smiling.

Linda
