Where do you recommend to buy the best value post op vitamins?

I looked on Celebrate and saw these:

I would also add a separate calcium citrate pill.

Would I need to add anything else? Is it 1 a day for those multi-vitamins I linked above?

The NUT will advise you of what you should be taking. If your appt is coming up I would just wait for their recommendation instead of buying anything right away.

Have you started taking the prenatal vitamins? I'm worried about taking them because when I was pregnant I found the iron in them bothered me. Do you find that you can taste the iron?

Earlier in life they made me nauseous but this brand Nestle does not which was a nice surprise for me.

I bought my chewables from Walmart because with TWH, you only take chewables for 6 weeks... then you switch to swallows.

Now I get them at Costco. I was at my 3 month f/u with the nurse yesterday and she was happy with my choices. All my blood values are great!
