What are eating/doing Wednesday, December 27th?

I am getting back to my normal routine today too. I allowed myself more carbs than I normally would eat on the 24th, 25th, and 26th. It was a conscious choice and I don't regret it; I had my first (very small) piece of pizza on Christmas Eve and it was worth every bite, lol.

My scale is up by 1.6 Lbs from the extra carbs and also from the salt content of the foods, I think. I had some cold cuts and roasted peanuts and they are so high in salt. It's my first gain so I'm eager to see it go.

Almost 11 months post op:

Breakfast: 2 cups decaf made with 1/4 cup vanilla premier protein in each, 1 babybel light cheese, 1 clementine orange.

Lunch: Turkey soup

Supper: Turkey, turnips.

Snack: either blueberries and Greek yogurt or Pepperette with string cheese.

Pre-Op Visit: Jan. 10, 2017, weight 304, surgeon: Dr. David Lindsay, St. Joe's, Toronto

1st Day of (3 weeks worth of) Optifast: Jan. 11, 2017

Surgery Date: Feb. 1st, 2017
