I am really glad you are able to take the trip. Things may seem overwhelming now, but once the weight starts coming off, believe me, you will be so relieved! It's going to be a great time in your life. Relax and enjoy it!

Im a week in to opti. The vanilla is terrible, the texture is more chalky or grainy or something. But both are much better if I use my blender than trying to hand shake it so don't fall prey to ever having vanilla by hand shake lol. I have used pineapple coconu****er squeezie as well as berry and pomegranate to make it more tolerable. The chocolate I love with coconut extract and the peppermint is good too. Good luck, opti is a hard road and it sounds like with everything else your stamina is probably a little run down.

Someone suggested adding some cocoa powder to the vanilla (it's unsweetened and 10cals per tbsp) I swear it's like a different drink. It's almost nice.

I feel tired already and I think it's just my body getting used to the limited number of calories I'm taking in. It's going to be a long few weeks - although I'm thankful it's only 2 weeks for me, any longer would have been so much worse.
