Good morning Karen

The brand of the box is from Switzerland - but unfortunately they stopped the production. But probably you can find some on amazon.

Rotho Vitality Box for 7 days

Found some on ebay.uk

Gabriela

Diät-Ticker - Sichtbar abnehmen

I would also like to apologize if my English sounds a little rough now and then - but my mother tongue is German and my English is anything but perfect.

Thanks Gabriela,

I have found a few but the one you posted looks like it's sturdy and it isn't so bright. All the ones I've checked out on Amazon seem to be poorly made and brightly coloured. I'll keep looking.

Thank you,

Karen

List of things that helped me:

  1. A large glass jar that I love to drink out of. I'm really picky with drinking vessels and would not have been well hydrated if I didn't have my jar.
  2. My iphone for myfitnesspal
  3. My digital scale
  4. Tiny ceramic bowls and a fancy appetizer fork to make me feel like my food is beautiful
  5. Consignment and thrift stores
  6. OH
  7. Stevia drops and my favorite decaf teas
  8. Local meats, salmon burgers and Aidells meatballs

Food scale, measuring cups and spoons, small bowls and ramekins, demi tasse spoon for eating slowly, AND a wide mouth water bottle that has measuring marks on the side to easily track water. Magic bullet and/or a small quantity blender.

I was not a fast loser but who cares as long as you get there! I know the newbies check the trackers and the signatures so although I kind of lost track of how the rest of the weight came off, you should know that it was not fast and furious but it was slow and steady!

current BMI 24.7 that, my friends, is NORMAL!!! Strong is the new pretty!

I got a few of these water bottles and have been using them pre-surgery and I LOVE them. The mouth is small and soft, not a hard plastic, and best of all it has the 100 ml. counts to remind me to drink that much each hour after surgery. They also have them at running room stores if you have one local or near where you are travelling. I don't know where else they can be bought. I also got a digital food scale and have enjoyed using that to see what portions look like. Mine is just from Superstore, under 20.00. Also, if you haven't already join the Twosleevers facebook group for instant pot recipes.

Restoralax. I am one year tomorrow and I still take a capful every day in my water. I also have a 32 oz Rubbermaid water bottle that is constantly attached to me. 1/2 cup containers to store / freeze food in. The cookbook I used at first was "Fresh Start Bariatic Cookbook" by Sarah Kent - I loved those early on.
