Ok peeps I really need your help here. I am on day one yes I said day one and on my third shake. I have one more to go tonight. Problem is I can't keep them down! I am sooo nauseated by them that I can barely choke them down. And if I do, they come right back up. I have dizzy spells and the sweats. I was picture perfect yesterday feeling great. What gives?

please help me, I am on these shakes for the next 3 weeks

You could be going through "Keto Flu". Stick to the Opti diet 100% and it should get better soon. Once it does be sure not to cheat as you may have to go through it again.

I had the same thing. You can take some gravol to get through this short period. I concur, it's probably Keto Flu. I had a terrible time on Day 2, but fine on day 3 and for the rest of my time on Opti.

Opti is gross! I am on day 7 of 14 and I felt similar to you on the first day. I now add extra water, lots of ice and cocoa which helps cut the taste / smell. Just try to get through it. Good luck.

I found had a hard time getting them down at first I used a straw so my nose wasn't too close and added extra water. Didn't get sick but after 2-1/2 weeks that first one in the morning keeps repeating on me so I sip water all the way to work (1 hour drive) to keep it down.

Mine had to be SUPER cold to drink. Theres some different recipes to try floating around the boards. I made an iced coffee with mine that worked well for me. I agree with the consensus above. Just hang in there. I finished mine wednesday and have been Clear fluids only for the last two days. Which isn't as hard as I thought it would be. Good luck!

Day 4 for me, and my energy level dropped quite bit today, I block my nose and chug the shakes, and follow up with water soon after. I also found brushing my teeth right after helps a lot.

I seem to be tolerating them better today. I also spaced them a little further apart and added more water. Maybe this wont be so bad after all

Glad to hear, I'm on day 3. I had the same thing but the other end. Had to leave work on day one because it went right through me. Today is good. I'm actually not minding the shakes. Try different flavours. I find the Vanilla very sweet so I add mint extract with toffee syrup (sugar free). It is very good. Someone also suggested mixing the two flavours together. I haven't tried that yet. Added orange sugar free flavor to the vanilla and it tasted like a creamsicle. Good luck. We can do this!
