Hi, I'm new here but I have been reading a lot of things on here for a while. I've finished all my testing and I only have 1 appointment left. It's coming up in march and it's with the internist. What should I expect from this meeting? I know they probably told me at some point but I forgot lol. Thanks in advance ?

Welcome!

The internist will go over your lab results, verify you understand the procedure and answer any other questions you might have. Very quick meeting if I remember correctly.

Congratulations on your journey thus far

Thank you! Everything went by really fast for me since I'm so young and have no medical issues. Hopefully the surgeon's appointment will be soon.

For Humber the internalist went over all the previous results as well as did an EKG and blood pressure there.

The appt itself was pretty quick. As with most specialists its more the wait in the waiting room. I got my surgery date only 5 days later (march 12) so you are very close!
