Issues drinking water

Anyone else experience issues drinking water? Whenever I have a sip of water I feel pain and it feels like a bubble coming up. Even if I put in MIO and it is the same warm it cold. But if I drunk anything else like milk I have no issues.

Anyone have any tips for getting down water?

I've read that what some people do is boil water and then refrigerate it. Then they drink their water like that, apparently the boiling helps make the water easier to drink. It wouldn't hurt to try I think

I've heard about boiling the water too.

Hope that helps get it all in.

I feel the same sensation when I take in water too. I just decrease the amount of the sip. I also found room temp water suits me better as well as sitting up straight.
