I'm at work and I have a massive headache. I'm drinking liquids, but can I take Tylenol without crushing it?

I don't have my booklet here.

You should always call your team but I took Tylenol cold and sinus at about that time and I was just fine. Feel better!

I know the newbies check the trackers and the signatures so although I kind of lost track of how the rest of the weight came off, you should know that it was not fast and furious but it was slow and steady!

current BMI 24.7 that, my friends, is NORMAL!!! Strong is the new pretty!

Thanks! I drank even more water and had some soup and I feel a little better, just tired. I'll be heading home soon since I'm only working half-days this week.

For sure you can take Tylenol. If you have problems with large pills get a pill splitter, I have one and still use it to this day splitting big pills.

Sorry about your headache, hope you are feeling better soon. Make sure you are on top of your water, headaches can be a sign of dehydration.

I was given Tylenol from the morning after surgery by mouth. 3 pills at a time! So I would think that you'll be fine. Coated pills are probably not the best.

Hope it is a one time thing and doesn't come back.

I was given liquid Tylenol ( yup, they make it for kids) and was told to get some for home. Fortunately only needed it a couple days.

I was told I could take tylenol in the hospital, the patient in the bed beside we was only getting that for pain, I have a prescription for Tylenol 3 for arthritis pain and was told I could take that too, the only reason for crushing is if you can't swallow the pills.

I've been swallowing pills since the day after surgery (my surgeon said it was fine). I'm 4w post op as well and still don't have a problem swallowing them.

Feel better!

I'm not sure about swallowing pills, but I seem to remember that on a high protein/low carb meal plan your body processes salt differently and it probably is dehydration. The soup you had probably helped a lot with that.

Double check with your team, but ask them if you should increase your salt intake- weird, but I've heard it happens......
