Onederland
Hi all,
Well the scale has been great to me again. This morning, when I stepped on, it read 199. Wow!! I've been at 200 for a few days, so I've been thinking I was getting close. It's still crazy to get to Onederland!!!
This journey is so incredible. I am truly blessed to be here. Less than 8 months in, and down 109 lbs now.

To all of you starting out: hang in there - it's going to be amazing. To anyone struggling; feel free to reach out to me. I have some strong opinions that the only way to be successful in this journey is the way that is right for you. There is no one size fits all solution, and the greatest trap we fall into is accepting others' opinions as our own. If I can help you with that, let me know. :)
