Hi Everyone,

Well, I had surgery finally to remove the skin tissue that was causing me so much pain in my thigh/groin area.

It's been 3 weeks since the surgery, I had the staples removed last Wed. 23 staples on my left thigh, 24 on my right side. I am hoping and praying that this ends the problems I've endured in that area for the last few years. Onward and Upwards again.

My weight seems happy at the 263 - 266 lb range these days. I expect to lose a few more pounds now that I can get back on the bike and or anything that involves the groin area in terms of friction/Sweat etc..

Now I am hoping to get taken off the Humira again.

In other news, My life is great, I just spent this past weekend camping at Murphy's Point Prov Campground. I spent 3 days out in the Kayak. It's so nice to be out again. And I can also start riding my bicycle again since I've been cleared by the Doctor to do so.

Well, that's it, nothing riveting to report for once. LOL

I still love this journey despite all my setbacks, I would do it again in a minute.

BTW, for those in Ottawa. The BMI Clinic on HuntClub and Merivale sells the Celebrate 2-in-1 vitamins as well. They are cheaper than the Civic and if you buy 3 months (Bottles), It's even cheaper. I checked with them and they are more than happy to sell to anyone..all they ask is you call first to make sure they have what you want in stock.

Best Regards

Wayne

Really living life was the main reason I had this surgery. It sounds like you're doing that, which is awesome!!

I'm glad to learn you were able to get your thigh surgery. Hopefully that gives you the relief you need.

Watch out summer, here comes Wayne!

Yes Dear!! Watch out indeed. I'm on a tear and making up for lost time... How I ever felt content to be massively overweight and just sit on a couch eating chips and drinking pop to watch tv... I'll never know.

That person is dead to me.
