NSV- Annoying but glad

So my first non scale victory. Funny to say I like it, but it's annoying. So laying in bed and I can FINALLY lay comfortably on my side (YEAH). One leg on top of the other. Not paying attention but I keep fidgeting. Darn why can't I get comfortable??? Ahhh.. I've lost so much weight in my legs and knee area that my knees are sitting bone on bone, not fat on fat . I laugh out loud and put a pillow in between. OK I'LL TAKE IT! Gotta luv the NSV's!

I am almost 7 years post op and 2 knee replacements later (and some regain unfortunately) and I still sleep with a pillow between my knees. It feels so much better. And I always sleep on my side.

big gain for me this weekend, Being able to cut my toe nails without having to gasp for air.. I can breath normally while doing it, and crossing my legs while sitting in a camping chair on the deck.

Small wins .. but great feelings.
