I love my Bento lunchbox. It's the same one that Eggface uses. My shake bottle has a screw on container for the shake mix and a separate container for vitamins.

Where did you buy yours? I haven't been able to find that brand in stores or amazon.

Here you go my dear. You can order them online and it's a Canadian company. They have lots of Bento box lunch options. Be sure to get the thermal carrying case. It looks like a laptop bag. This is one thing I have used consistently since surgery. At first I would take it to restaurants for the leftovers, and then I used it for long bike rides, picnicing, day trips in the car, when going out of town overnight.

One of the big things for me is getting bras to fit me as I lose weight. I have gone from a size 40DD to a 32 D. Therefore, had I known that I would be spending so much money on bras, I would have shopped a little differently. I have thrown many bras out since surgery (actually donated). I find that everything from Victoria Secret is not so comfortable and very pricey. My "go to" store now is La Vie En Rose. I find everything there always fits me and is so comfortable. The prices are good too. I love the sleepwear and bathing suits as well.

Oh man, good to know. My girls are all wonky in these too-big bras, but I have been holding off buying new, knowing they are $$ and I still have lots of shrinking to do.

Yeah...I knew when there was way more material than boob, that it was time for a new bra! You will know when the time is right.

Yeah, it's very problematic. I actually have no idea what my size is right now. All I know is that my straps don't fall down, I'm on the last hooks, but there's not much left to fill the cups. LOL I bought a bunch of different size bras at Walmart in the states in April that I thought would carry me through but I think I'm going to have to go and get measured. I'm pretty sure I've gone from a C to an A. Yikes.

If you can get to a Walmart in the States they have a really good selection of name brand bras that are extremely affordable. I would recommend doing that for bras until you get to a point where you are where you are and then splurge on some really nice ones.

You may still be a C. Any bra shop will measure for you.

I was shocked to find out that I was D because I feel so tiny on top now. When I was slimmer in my 20's and 30's I as always a 36C. I am about 10 pounds lighter than I use to be then, yet my cup size is bigger and I am smaller around my chest (32). It's really amazing how our bodies change.

Thanks for the Walmart tip. I'm going to NewYork next week and I will check it out if I come across one. Although I'll be in NYC - not sure there will be one there, although tons of other shopping places though - could be dangerous!!

Below is a link to the best/most accurate information I've found for finding your actual bra size, ladies. It has been great for me as a plus size and for a few of my friends who are smaller sizes as well. The site also has tips for various common bra problems too.

https://www.herroom.com/bra-fitting-advice,901,30.html

Oh and I order my bras off of amazon not from this site; cheaper and easier for returns if fit is off.

I would think looking for one that has stretch lace as a feature would last the longest for keeping "the girls" in check as the weight comes off.....

Here's a good guide for getting the most accurate fit. It's on Reddit, and it's the best fitting guide there is.

There are seven days in a week and "some day" is not one of them.
