I am 6 1/2 months out. I take in anywhere between 900 - 1100 calories per day. I'm very active and work out 3 - 4 times per week.

I'm losing, slower than before, but I'm good with it. I'm 22 lbs from goal. I'm in no hurry.

The first few weeks were really low for me. If I got to 350-400, that was good.

I would say eventually in the first 6 months, I was at about 700-800 a day. Now it's a bit more and I'm losing much more slowly, which I'm ok with. My body needed a bit of a break!!

Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. Choose happy.

Guelph says between 650-850 during the losing phase. When I was there recently they told me 900-1100 for maintenance. Levels of activity and height would determine where you fall for maintenance calories.

CENTURY CLUB MEMBER at 6 months post-op.

Looking back at my fitness pal when I was 2 months out I was eating around 700 - 800 calories. Currently at almost 5 months out I'm around 900-1100. Still losing and only 14 lbs to get to my goal.

Orientation July, Surgeon consult Sept, Internist Nov, RD/RSW/RN Dec.

For the first 3-4 months I was at 450-500. I'm now doing 700-800 at five months out and I feel it's high but it is what it is.

My surgery was May 22nd and I'm anywhere from 700 to 900. I'm losing slower (I think/feel) but I feel much better health wise with that amount. A couple times a week I try to do 500-600 just to keep the weightloss going.
