Surgery Date!
I got my surgery date! November 5th, at St Micheal's in Toronto with Dr. Rotstein. I've been so anxious waiting for this call for the past couple weeks. This is a relief to finally have dates!
**EDIT, They have now moved my surgery date to October 29th!

Congratulations! It always feels good to finally have a date. It won't be long now.

No tips, it just seems to be pretty quick here in Sudbury lately. Others from the area are also getting in for their surgery at about 9 months from referrals, unless there are certain tests or things that are slowing them down. I was lucky I suppose, no diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea or anything medical to worry about, just a high bmi. I've already been meal prepping, and eat on a schedule and pretty healthy. I have lost 130lbs twice in the last 7 years, I just can't keep it off for various reasons (hormonal mostly). I quit smoking prior to referral, so that helped. I am sending you all the luck! I hope you get a quick process as well!
