9 Months and 100lbs!!!

So today was A DAY.

I stepped on the scale and officially have lost 100lbs (actually 101.3 if we are being specific)

And I am in shock. From September until November I was in a pretty big stall. So I stopped getting on the scale and just kept working my program. And then these last 3 weeks the weight just started melting off again.

I am just shy of 9 months since surgery, and am literally a whole new person.

Just wanted to share for those still on the journey. Push through those stalls. Work the program.

That is awesome congratulations. I'm at the beginning stages of this program. Orientation was on November 5, nutritional class is on December 21. It is so nice reading some of these success stories. It gives me some hope that I too can share a success story in the future. Congratulations again that is truly a remarkable milestone.

Congratulations, I keep edging closer to that 100 lb mark now, am looking forward to being able to claim that goal.

Great to know I'm not the only one stalling at this point. I too have been trying not to weigh myself too often.

It's weird cause I'm at the point where everyone keeps saying I'm looking really good and all I can see is that I still have a fat tummy (the umbilical hernia doesn't help).

Thanks for sharing.
