I started at 351 back in Mar when I had surgery and now I am down to 239lbs. Is 112 lbs in 9 months too slow? I have hit a lot of stalls.

I would say you're doing just fine. Stalls happen. As long as you do what you're supposed (and by that I mean eat the proper things, meet your protein and fluid goals) you're doing fine. When before surgery did you ever think you would be able to lose 112 lbs in 9 mos?

Keep on going, you're still in the honeymoon phase!!

Good luck.

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Congratulations! You're doing great. I don't think it's too slow at all.
