Tomorrow marks the end of my platic surgery journey!  I"m having my arms revised (completely redone), lipo on my arms (as part of the revision), belly (to buff out a few spots after the LBL) and knees and a belly button made.  I'm excited to be done with the journey.

I've upped my protein and think I'm ready...bromelaine is also ready.  I took arnica montana last time and didn't notice any difference, so I'm going without that this time.

Thanks to everyone here for your advice, suggestions, and encouragement.  This is a great place to be!
