Just wondered if everyone could share how much they paid for tummy tucks in MI? I have a hernia I need to get repaired and so would like to include tummy tuck as well.

Thanks,
Lori

Scheduled for my tt and  hernia repair April 22nd at the Barix Center in Ypsilanti.   Insurance covered horizontal incision and hernia repair, but the verical incision or compression garment.  Out of pocket was $127 for compression garment and $900.

Barix Clinics huh? Didn't think about them.  That is great out of pocket expense.  Good luck with your surgery.

Sorry Saginaw, Bay, Midland is considered the Tri City's or now we've been "renamed" to the Great Lakes Bay Region - unsure who makes these decisions LOL!

Ok out the door for a tummy tuck (not covered by insurance) $7250.  Better than I was thinking it would be.  Appointment scheduled - so excited!

Thats no bad, did you try to get it covered by insurance? I am seeing some peoples were covered.

Had mine at Barix.  My insurance paid for the panni, and I "upgraded' to the vertical for an additional $1000.

I don't remember what the cost would have been without insurance, but know I got an estimate.  Its been a while....

Wow, thats not bad.  I am told that insurance doesn't  cover tt but I see a few have got theirs covered. Did you have a lot of trouble getting them to cover it?
