Living with side boobs for a while?

I had a LBL and BL done last August and am very happy overall.  I can not afford to do the arms and side boobs as early as I hoped (if ever!).  But I have a huge side boob issue.  My arms are not my favorite either, but I hate the idea of side boob popping out.  They just look so freakish to me.  So I found a couple solutions and thought i would pass them on.

First the Shapeez bra is amazing!  Seriously.  Now I have only had mine for a day, but it looks amazing on and is really comfortable.  I got the Shortee because I dont need tummy smoothing.  My back looks amazing!  And it locks in the side boob and seems not to look as bulky there.  I am going to try the tank style.  I cant get rid of all my other bras because they are very covering in the back so anything with any back showing would show the bra, but it will surely be my best bra,

Then this might sound crazy.  Mastectomy swimsuits.  Really!  They have higher necklines and more coverage in the armhole area so no side boob pop out.  Landsend carries several styles.

I just posted, but had a PS surgery consult yest with a bariatric specialist.

I'm most interested in arms but also wanted his opinion on lower body.  I'm 61 and don't know how to swim so not worried about shorts or swimsuits.

My boobs have went from 44 DD to 36 C and then my bra is all pleated and empty in the top.  I tried on B cups and the side boobs were awful.  I asked PS yesterday and he said he does an incision in the back from side to side for the side boobs as the loose skin in the back is the problem.

Please read my other post, right before yours, and tell me what you think.

I'm going to check out your suggestions.  We also have a bra fitter in the next largest city 20 min away and I'm thinking about going there.

I've been married 43 yrs and hubby doesn't care about my granny boobs and I look good in clothes.  So not going to do anything about them.
