Open RNY with Panni removal

i went for my first consult with my surgoen and he suggested doing a open RNY with panni removal at the same time.... i was wondering if anyone else has had this and what the outcome was?

I had my panni removed 2 yrs after RNY.  Interesting concept, though.  I'm sure you'd need a revision after a while, but maybe not.
