Dont be nervous...you have made it this far. Pray as you go into surgery and you will be guided through. You did the hard part already...losing the weight. I have a tattoo that says "No Pain is Forever" and another "NO REGRETS" keep that planted in your head. Its Purpose over Process and like everyone has said it will be over before you know it. Take your meds, REST,eat right...enjoy this time and embrace what is ahead.

OAN: Drain #2 will be removed today at 3:30pm...day 12 and I'm almost back to my old self less the EXTRA weight. Praise GOD!!!!!!!!!

I am 4 weeks out of my arm lift and it's gone by so fast! I have a tank top on today and don't feel the need to keep my cardigan on 24/7! I love the freeness this surgery has given me.

Great advice K.free. God IS in control even if we freak out now and then. My surgery is next week Aug. 24th FDLTT
