I'd love to talk with some people in my area who've had plastics - either here or in Mexico. My GP says it's time and I'm pretty nervous about the whole thing. (And worried about the cost)

I've been in Dr S's OR 3 times!  The first for my LBL, BL, arms, inside groin (for the skin between the legs not the long thigh lift).  4 days later a full neck & face lift.  Last January went back for my UBL (upper body lift).  Love Dr Sauceda, his team and my Monterrey experiences.

I will, thanks. What's the difference between a small and long thigh lift?

The small thigh lift is cut at your groin and that's where the stitching is. A long thigh lift can have a scar down to your mid thigh. 

If you are shopping in MX, do check out Dr. Sauceda - he is the ONLY MX sugreon i even considered.  Great value and great results!  and the surgeon i know of that has a fan-driven OH and FB pages - speaks volumes!

 

Just make sure WHOEVER you go to has experience with "Our Kind" - post massive weight loss folks....I sincerely suggest you make this a non-negotiable start point in your hunt.
