It just hit me that I have a tiny umbilical hernia that my doctors said it was too small to operate. I forgot to tell my plastic surgeon about it. Can I still go through with this surgery?

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

LBL is a lower body lift, but the same holds true for the tummy tuck. Your surgeon can take care of the hernia. He'll be moving your belly button to a new location anyway, so he'll be right in the area to stitch up the tear. Mine removed a lipoma that was sitting on my rib cage.
