It's been just over a week since surgery. My breast are itching like mad but of course I can't scratch b/c touching them hurts. Is this normal? I didn't have this problem with my tt.

Normal part of healing. As long as there's nothing on your skin, no rash, and the area isn't hot to the touch, you're okay - just miserable. Benadryl cream will help. Or call your doc and see if he'll give you prescription strength cream. Cold compresses usually help.

I had not had itching with breast but with lower body lift.  Try some oral Benadryl.  I do have to say that of all of the PS that I had in past 8 weeks..........the breast was the worst.  I had them done 5 weeks and they are sore still.

It sounds like you may be allergic to the steri-strips and/or mastisol(glue) or benzoin(glue) that was used. I would return to your plastic surgeons office to have them take a look.

Could be thyroid OR I saw a program recently where someone had contracted a parasite that caused extreme all over itching. Best wishes for you.
