Well, after talking to my surgeon and my wife...and much soul searching I've decided to take my Dr.'s advice and go for a revision to my LBL.  During surgery I had the belt lipectomy but not the vertical cut.  So this time out, I will be having that part done and also some lipo on my back.  I was already pretty happy with my surgery so I'm hoping this turns out to be worth it in the long run.  It should make my upper stomach more streamlined and just improve the look in general.  My muscles seem tight enough so at least I won't have to go through that again!  Wish me luck and here I go again.

I remember you were not totally pleased with your results.
Your surgeon and wife are with you so you have medical and emotional support. Go in with your head held up high!
At least this time you know a lot more of what to expect after as you've already experienced the long slow recovery.

Thanks Mikimi.  As always, we are works in progress.  And I'm hopeful this will be a bit better for recovery but I think I have more realistic expectations this time.
