I was still hunched at five weeks. Not visibly, but I could feel it by  end of the day.   Some straighten up faster. But you're very early out. Give it time and don't pu****

I didn't have any but pain, so I can't help you there.

Oh my you are just a week out! You poor soul! Are you able to sleep at all? How do you lay down? Does your pain medication help to relieve the buttocks pain at all?

I'm two weeks post op and I'm **almost** standing up straight. Also, I went back to work yesterday after two weeks off... I should have just taken this week off as well though since it's still hard to walk because of the tightness and I feel completely exhausted and a little dizzy after the full day. As for the buttocks pain- I'm not experiencing that unless you mean the tailbone pain from sitting around? In that case I started feeling more comfortable in the last few days.

I got my LBL on 10/30 and I was able to walk upright 3 weeks afterwards.   No painkillers needed after 48hr post surgery but I did get the pain pump.

Everyone is different - You will mend - everyday gets better especially after that first week!!  Hang in there

You will feel pain/discomfort for at least several weeks, especially when you are stretching an area. Also, the sensory nerves begin to "come alive" about the third week which can definitely add to the discomfort.
