Cheri ~ I know how you feel. I think after Emma we had decided that was enough and we were blessed. Micah just happened along even with all our fertility issues. Try to keep a positive attitude, but realistically realize Logan may be your blessing of all blessings. Don't let the sticks scare you! They are powerless, they just show some color. One day at a time ok.

Jill ~ You do have a lot going on, but it can work out. My best high school friend had an ovary removed and her body compensated by still ovulating every cycle on her remaining ovary!! Also they can give you clomid to help ovulation. With clomid they would monitor you for cysts as well. Good luck and keep us posted ok. TTC #1? Did you go off bc already?

Some common terms:

TTC - trying to conceive
BFP - big fat positive (positive pregnancy test)
BFN - big fat negative (negative pregnancy test)
CD - the day of your menstrual cycle
O - ovulation
DPO - days past ovulation
LP - luteal phase (time from ovulation to period)
AF - aunt flow ( your period)
PG - pregnant/pregnancy
MC - misscarriage
RE - reproductive endocrinologist
OPK - ovulation prediction kit
CL - coverline ( for those taking their temps to confirm ovulation)
Met - metformin or glucophage ( a diabetes medication sometimes taken to help hormone levels and ovulation)
BD - baby dancing ( having timed intercourse)
DTD - doing the deed
IUI - inter uterine insemination
IVF - in vitro fertilization
PCOS - polycystic ovarian syndrome
POAS - pee on a stick (taking a pregnancy test)
2WW - two week wait...time from ovulation until you can test for pg

Yeah shhhh no facebook talk. Who knows how long it could it take.

 Shari- My youngest is also named Micah! Does yours mistakenly get called "Michael" all the time like mine does? ;) 
I'm in TWW after my 2nd round of Clomid ttc baby #3... I will be testing on the April 4th (the 6th if I can stick it out that long) if AF doesn't rear her ugly head before then. 
TMI warning: I have developed a yeast infection, which hardly ever happens to me... I'm hoping this could be a positive sign of hormonal change??? I guess we'll see. TWW is SO annoying on Clomid because you get all these pre-pregnancy symptoms and you can't tell if they are caused from actual pregnancy, PMS or the Clomid... so I'm trying to not get my hopes up based on any symptoms... we will see.

 UGH! I spoke too soon! I got AF like an hour after I posted that >:( 
Oh well! Onto month 3 on Clomid... Let's hope April is my lucky month!

Our one month of no meds, no stress, no over-trying, resulted in no baby. Sooo, we've decided with my OB to increase the clomid to 100 mg and we start tomorrow.  You do what you gotta do for what you believe in ...

Please, keep us in your thoughts as this has been very hard for me physically and our family psychologically.

I'll update soon ....
