Good BC

i would love some help here i dont know where to start looking for a good BC and need some help

I got the Depo shot and I am loving it. No hassle. 1 shot every 3 months. Had some minor spotting but so far nothing major. I can not take BC pills because i plain forget to take them. I am not BFing btw. That makes a big difference on your options.

I love my Myrena....don't have to worry about it for 5 years...lol

BC Pills are definitely out for us RNY'ers due to the malabsorption.  They are basically useless.  There are many RNY women on here who got pg on the BCP.  IUD is pretty popular.

The Mirena IUD was good for me for 4 years. The best part for me was no period after about 3 months.
