setting up the kewl stuff

Could someone point me in the right direction on how you all got those really neat things at the bottom that track BMI and weight loss? And how you were able to attach a picture to your name?  I don't have any recent photos, but I certainly would love to find an appropriate picture on the internet or something. Thanks! Beryl

Hi Beryl, It's me again!  :) Go to User Settings to left side of your screen in the blue shaded box.  You can upload a photo there.  Then for your ticker.  Go to www.tickerfactory.com and create your ticker when you are finished right click on top of the ticker and copy it, then go back into User Settings and in the box for your signature right click again and paste it in.  Be sure to save at the bottom of the page after every change that you make.  If I made any mistakes in my directions, please anyone correct me.
