How do I change my surgery type?

I don't know why I get so confused whenever I visit my profile.  I had the Realize band, and I see they've added it as an option.  But how do I switch?  Detailed instructions for the OH challenged, please.

I've got a surgery date (or something like that)
There will be surgery type, where you currently have "lap band", use the drop down arrow to change it.... HTH...
